New tires, priced without the asterisk
Full tread from day one, the full range of load indexes and speed ratings, and a price that says out loud whether installation is in it or not.
Matching size is a starting point, not a fitment guarantee. Load index, speed rating and your vehicle's door placard all matter — we confirm fitment at the shop before installing.
Tire-only or installed — the listing says which
The single most common way a tire price misleads people is by staying quiet about installation. Every listing here is labelled.
Tire only
The price of the tire by itself. Mounting, balancing, valve stems, the state disposal fee and tax are quoted on top at the shop.
Installed price
Shown only where the shop has confirmed installation is included. If a listing doesn't say installed, assume it isn't.
Start with what you drive
Filter by vehicle type, then by size. A category is a starting point — the size on your door placard is the answer.
What a new tire gives you
Full tread, the exact rating your vehicle asks for, and a known history from mile one.
- You're replacing all four and want them to wear evenly together
- You need a specific load index or speed rating your vehicle calls for
- You keep your cars a long time, so cost per mile matters more than cost today
- You drive a lot of freeway miles, or you tow
About brands
We don't publish a brand list on this site, because stock changes and we'd rather not promise something that isn't on the rack. Tell us your size and what you drive, and the shop will tell you what it has and what it can get.
About warranties
Any manufacturer warranty comes from the tire maker, not from this website. Ask the shop to confirm in writing what applies to the specific tire you're buying, before you pay.
Tell us your size and we'll check the racks
Live stock isn't published online yet. Type your size below or call the shop — someone will walk to the rack and tell you what's really there.
Tires from$50
per tire, tire only. Mounting, balancing, disposal and tax are quoted at the shop.
What the price covers, and what gets added
Listed prices are for the tire itself. These are the things that get quoted separately at the shop, so nothing surprises you at the counter.
- Mounting
- Getting the tire off the wheel and the new one on.
- Balancing
- Weights added so the wheel spins true at highway speed.
- Valve stem
- Replaced when the old one is worn — ask if yours needs it.
- Tire disposal
- California charges a state fee to dispose of your old tire.
- Sales tax
- Added at the counter.
Not included
Ask for the out-the-door number before you pay. The shop will give it to you.
Taxes and state fees are added at the shop.
Questions about new tires
Is the price I see the installed price?
Only if the listing says "installed price". Otherwise it's the tire by itself, and mounting, balancing, a valve stem if yours needs one, the state tire disposal fee and sales tax are added at the shop. Ask for the out-the-door number before you pay.
Do I have to buy all four?
No. Buying four at once keeps wear even, which is why it's the usual advice, but plenty of people replace two on the same axle. Tell us what's on the car now and we'll tell you what actually makes sense.
What brands do you carry?
We don't publish a brand list here. Stock changes, and a list that's wrong is worse than no list. Call or send your size and the shop will tell you what's in stock and what it can order.
What warranty comes with a new tire?
Warranty terms come from the tire manufacturer and vary by model. This site doesn't publish warranty claims on the shop's behalf — ask at the counter what applies to the tire you're buying, and get it in writing.
How do I know which size to buy?
Read the sidewall of the tire on your car, or the placard inside the driver's door. If the two don't match, bring us both numbers. You can also photograph the sidewall and send it with a quote request and we'll read it for you.
Send the size. We'll come back with what's available.
